Preliminary Budget Development

Constructability & Planning Review
Before construction begins, our team analyzes drawings and specifications to identify potential conflicts, scheduling challenges, and cost impacts. Addressing these issues during pre-construction helps prevent delays and costly field changes. This is where experience matters.
Scheduling & Phasing
A detailed project schedule is developed to coordinate subcontractors, material procurement, inspections, and milestones. For occupied facilities or active homes, we carefully phase work to minimize disruption while maintaining steady progress.
Active Construction Management
Dedicated project managers oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and documentation. Experienced field supervisors maintain daily operations, safety, and quality. We do not manage projects from a desk. We remain actively involved in the field.
Owner Communication Throughout
Regular project updates and progress meetings help owners stay informed and involved. We believe communication is a core deliverable, not an afterthought. Problems are addressed early, not hidden. Decisions are made with the owner's goals in mind.
Project Closeout & Delivery
As construction nears completion, our team coordinates a thorough closeout process, including final inspections, systems testing, punch list completion, closeout documentation, and a final walkthrough. The project is not complete until the client is satisfied.
